BARD is a no profit organization that supports cooperating research and
development in both the USA and Israel.
BARD was founded in 1978 and is operating from its offices in Israel. In
1994 the development of a new 4D database to replace the old VAX database
began and has been going on since.
Willing to offer advice to anyone regarding programming and developing ideas
in 4D.
